This is the most complicated installation of a simple part I have ever seen

If I had one of these Civics, I might spend more time looking, but 5 minutes of Googling leaves me empty-handed. So... I give up. What’s the benefit?

I mean, it looks nice and all. And the video’s muffled audio kinda gives a sense for how it sounds, but there really needs to be a sampling of the OEM sound for comparison. And more importantly, it looks like they put it on a dyno, so where are the power numbers?

That’s a lot of work for an intake that really won’t do much.

Its nothing more than a noise maker, but the noise it makes is glorious.

The install, while a bit involved, actually looks pretty straightforward. As long as nothing is terribly rusted I’m sure it’s do-able in an afternoon.

Rick Spec’d or Hybrid Racing are the only real choices for 8th gen Civic Si. That bottleneck by the MAF for those without FlashPro is asinine. Just buy the damn tuning software.

With an intake, at least 2 3/4" exhaust, header and tune you have 200-210 wheel horsepower.

Looking more closely after the 5:00 mark, they suddenly cut to a shot of the intake tube installed on a different throttle body/intake manifold. In fact, the whole engine compartment looks different. I bet that dyno run was performed with another car, one that was properly equipped with those other mods...
